Aphrodisiac! The Sexual Secret of Marijuana (1971) Horny hippies bogart bongs ‘n’ babes in a rarely-screened “adults only” potsploitation “doc” featuring an early appearance by budding sexpo legend John Holmes. FRIDAY & SATURDAY OCTOBER 2 & 3: Weed, 9pm; Aphrodisiac! The Sexual Secret of Marijuana, 11 pm, $8 OCT. 9 Quicksilver (1986) It’s six degrees of Kevin bikin’ as a hot-shot young stock broker loses everything in the market, only to regain his self-respect straddling a ten-speed as a low-paid bicycle messenger daredevil . (Not a story torn from today’s headlines—though it sure seems like one.) Rad (1986) The BMX classic that launched a million broken bones and bruises returns to the big screen with every wheelie, every thrill, every “kids, don’t try this at home” moment intact.
